As a small ministry and business owner keeping overhead low is a necessity.  Our space in the Synergy Center is affordable.  Since I maintain reasonable overhead costs I can then “Pass On” the benefits by working with clients who are experiencing financial hardship. The ramifications are astounding since Jim Anthony charges reduced rent that is passed on to my clients. The client benefits from treatment and becomes a healthier person able to impact their family, friends and community.  The gift continues to be "passed on"!!!

Dear Jim ,

Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate the facility at the Synergy Center.

The Lord is using our ministry through “Christian Counseling Associates” to touch the lives and homes of many people in and around the Raleigh area.  By allowing us to be in the Synergy Center we are able to provide quality Christian care and counseling in a very professional setting , and bring the Lord into lives that otherwise might end up with secular therapists and little positive spiritual direction.

I am deeply grateful for your foresight and graciousness to make this facility available at a very reasonable rate so we can carry on this ministry in our community. We will continue to serve the Lord and try to repair hurting and broken lives and marriages through the Synergy Center facility.  Your partnership in making this happen is a Godsend.  We are indebted and thankful.

The Synergy Center is a unique office facility that puts into action the mission of serving businesses and people so that they can in turn better serve others.  In addition to affordable rental cost in a Class A office setting and a great location, the Center has common areas and shared services & resources that have allowed PreFlight Ventures to focus on our business.  But the most exciting and valuable part of what Synergy has brought to me and the other tenants is that we get to be part of a "building team" that supports and encourages each other because we share the same core values.

Thank for your commitment in establishing the Synergy Center, a powerful real estate vehicle for furthering the Kingdom of God that I pray other property owners in cities outside of Raleigh will use as a model in their communities.
