Rent Space

The rent at the Synergy Center is nearly half of what is normally charged in an instant office or “executive suite” operation. The Center is primarily for non-profits but exceptions are made when we believe there will be some synergy between a for profit ministry (aka “business”) and the non-profit majority that populates the Center.
Our floor plan is shown below. The pricing for tenants at the Synergy Center is not published but a quote will be given after a prospect tours the space and shares their vision and passion with the Director.
